As stated by the representatives of the organizers, as well as the exhibitors and visitors present, this year's edition managed to exceed expectations, confirming once again the role of GastroPan as a reference event for the entire industry:

Jakab Boróka, GastroPan director: “I think this edition was very successful because we had many visitors from the industry who honored us with their presence. Which means that we brought GastroPan closer to them. Behind this exhibition there are 10 months of preparations, so that in 3 days we can see this result. We are looking for old and new exhibitors, after which we address the visitors. We also have related events, galleries and competitions, which involve at least 4 months of preparations. The same goes for the competitors – they develop unique products, novel recipes, to have the chance to win the title of Bread of the Year.”

Ildikó Váradi Erdős, founding director of GastroPan: “We have very clear visions, highlighted objectives and I believe that we have no choice but to continue like this or even bring other additional values.”

Pangastro Academy, organizer of GastroPan Competitions: "In my opinion, it is the most beneficial exhibition for bakers, confectioners and chefs in Romania. There are many professionals who have made direct contacts with the exhibitors."

GastroPan exhibitor: "GastroPan unites the world. And develops, and unites generations. It is the most important thing."
